Today was report card day. Part of me was a little scared because it is the first report since moving here and I was not sure how they would do. So awaiting their return from school they burst through the door saying report cards! I opened them slowing and taking a deep breath and was instantly relieved to see they passed with flying grades-lol. Hannah made the A/B roll and Marchal got all S's but was told he needed to work on controlling his emotions when upset. We all knew that already, didn't we. hehe. Thankfully, we were then in all celebration moods so we went out.
We hopped in the car and headed down to the Jem 100 ice cream parlor. YUM-O! The kids were super excited to chow down on hotdogs, hamburgers and fries then end it all with ice cream.
So as a sort of combined top five here are our thankful moments;
1)report cards were amazing
2)we celebrated with ice cream
3)we read another chapter in our book together
4)tomorrow is Friday-hehe
5)It didn't rain.
