VooDoo Doughnuts

We found another great place in Portland-VOODOO DOUGHNUTS.  We had never heard about this place until our new neighbors/friends suggested we all drive into town and grab some.  It has been know to have a line wrapped around the entire block.  So with us getting there before dinner time we thought we would be in good shape as far as the line goes.  Thankfully, when we did arrive we only had to stand around the corner.  We saw people walk up to the door and ask " is this the line?".  We of course smiled and said yup.  Others would park in front and notice the line and then back up and drive away.  We stood in line a total of 45 minutes.  It rain a little.  Nothing too bad. Once we got in the excitement continued.  We ordered a VooDoo Dozen, which is a combination of whatever the employee wants to give you. We had a bacon glazed doughnut, Oreo cream, coco puffs, captain crunch, orange cream, and many more.  It was a fun night just standing in line watching people, talking to others in line and ending it with some sugar filled heaven.  Can't wait until we can go back!
