Camping Season has begun

We were so ready to go camping and probably should have waited a little longer but here in Oregon camping sites get booked a year in advance.  Yes, A YEAR.  So when we found one we packed up and took off. We weren't sure if this was going to be a good trip or not because as we were packing I lost the diamond out of my engagement ring, one of the seats in Marc's car broke and we couldn't get it back up(he had to take it apart to fix it) then as we were leaving Marc gets pulled over for speeding.  NICE.  Once we got there we choose to let mom start dinner as Marc and I set up the tent and  it starts raining.  All I could do was laugh. Thankfully a nice couple let us borrow their canopy so we could put our stuff under it until we got our HUGE tent up.  But once we set everything up the weekend was a fun enjoyable one.  Except to the freezing nights.  We brought a heater a pretty big one and figured that would keep us warm.  WRONG!  We could see our breath it was so could.  The next day mom was determined to not freeze again so we went to every hardware, Walgreens, etc that we saw and finally found a electric heater at an old mom and pop store.  So night two we had two heaters with 37 degree weather.  We slept in our sweats, hoods, and curled up in our sleeping bags.  It was not as cold as the first night thank goodness.  We survived.
We stayed at a KOA camp ground and it was a first for us.  They are so amazing.  They have a free mini golf area, pancake breakfast, movies in the summer, indoor swimming, fishing, etc.  We had a great time and can't wait until we can go again.  We may just live outdoors this summer.

Marchal and Levi all curled up.
Hannah and Mom shared a bed, making coffee, our camping spot
We took mom to Shipwreck Beach.  Dexter and Levi loved the beach.
Marc the grill master, Hannah and Marchal got to swim, mom got in the hot tub, and Hannah set up the tent.
