Since we have moved out to the good ole West, Marc("Daddy") has been home every night. Not like the past when he would be home for a week then gone the next. That is why we moved here, so he could be home more, that and it is beautiful out here. So when Marc had to go to Texas for a National conference it was kinda hard on the kids. Anytime your parent leaves you for more then a day is hard but they have gotten used to daddy being home and tucking them in every night. Something I have enjoyed myself.
The kids wanted to make sure their "Daddy" knew they missed him. So we had a great time sitting and drawing, coloring and taping pictures on the wall and as you can see the door. The kids drew pictures of their favorite things they liked to do with him and wrote things like "I love you and missed you". So sweet. It made a great impression when he walked in the door and he could tell how much they missed him.
