Puzzle time

Marc had been talking about getting a puzzle for Granny's visit ever since he found out she was coming.  So I was not surprise when he came home with one of a Oregon lighthouse for "us" to work on.  At the time we  were focused on knitting so we didn't want to start it.  But the next afternoon Marchal walks up to Granny and asks in his sweetest voice, "Granny do you want to work on this puzzle with me"? Of course she could not turn him down.  The box gets open and the puzzle pieces turned over and everyone picks what part of the puzzle they are going to work on, then Marchal disappears.  REALLY!  Poor Granny.  Hannah and I took turns helping and finally after 6 hours of non stop working we finished.  And Marc didn't help at all.  lol.
It was a fun time celebrating when we found that one piece we looked for, for what it felt like an hour.  hehe.  I told Granny if I knew it would not have bothered her diabetes we would have had a shot of whiskey.   All in all it was a fun time.
