Catch up.....

Sorry I didn't post anything to update everyone on our adventures in a couple of weeks.  I guess I have been a little obsessed with these photo challenges.  So let me get you all caught up on the "Huchette Crew".

Things are still going good here in our new home town.  It has rained alot which means we haven't gotten to go explore any.  (sad face).  The kids however have gotten to play out side and get muddy which they have not complained at all about. I just have to make sure they take off their shoes at the door and not track it in all over our carpet and house. lol.  They have continued to build their little tree house in the back yard(they don't have any nails so it is quite funny).  They also have been meeting more and more kids in the neighborhood which is nice.  Hannah had her first spend the night friend.  It was funny to hear them up in her room singing and stomping all over the upstairs in my high heeled shoes.  Girl time is so what she needed.  Marc and I just smiled at each other.  Marchal on the other hand was not sure how to handle his sister having a friend over and he didn't have anyone.  He has yet to meet that one friend he enjoys playing with and likes to play with him too.  He has just been hanging out with his sisters friends.  We are working on that too.

Our library was hosting a FREE movie night where they showed "Toy Story 3" and had free popcorn.  So we headed on down there.  We walked actually.  I love to walk around our town.  I love that everything is so close I can walk anywhere to go to get what I need.  What great exercise! After the movie we headed to the grocery store to let the girls and Marchal grab some junk food for their night. When we were checking out the lady allowed Marchal to help scan the items and help her.  That was so sweet.
Toy Story 3 Night at the Library
This past Sunday we went to our new churches "Life Development"  class. That is where we got to hear how the church was started, what they stand for, and meet the pastors of the church and other people in our area.  We were excited to meet some new friends and also see how we could get connected to others in the church and start serving.  I can't wait to see what and who God will bring in our lives.

Oh I almost forgot, Marchal is a reader now!!!! Woo Hoo.  Hannah watched Marchal for Marc and I one night so we could go out to dinner. We were only gone maybe 2hrs.  And when we came home he was reading.  He is so proud and reads to us every night.  What a smart boy we have!

We had new neighbors move next door to us.  They thankfully are quiet and very nice.  The house next to us on  the other side is still available.  Marc and I are praying we end up with more of the same.  =D

This week we are getting things ready for my parents arrival for Thanksgiving.  We can't wait to have them here and to be able to show them our new home.  I can't wait to have my momma's cooking.  (Yum). You can bet I will be taking pictures galore while they are here.

See you next week......
